She combines expertise in the dump trucking industry with experience in real estate, including a brokers license that allows her to buy and sell residential and commercial properties. This combination of experience has allowed her to network with commercial and residential owners to provide hauling services for them. Waldrian wants to be a resource to others who may be involved in  target markets such as chemical and construction material, mining industries, earthwork, and maintenance authorities who need to save time as well as money to complete short-term or long-term projects.
